Kingdom Bank introduces in branch Point of Sale(POS)

Kingdom Bank has introduced the in branch point of sale as a way of making transactions smoother and faster.
This is one of the quickest, fastest and smartest way to make a transaction, according to the bank.
Kingdom becomes the first commercial bank in the country to offer this facility. It is also one of the many innovations that the bank has come up with in the last few months.
“We are pleased to advise that with effect from the 28th of April, Kingdom Bank has re-introduced in-branch POS! Among the commercial banks in the country, we are the first to launch this product. This means that there is quicker turnaround times as the transaction is processed instantly."
“Instead of customers physically filling in a form to make a withdrawal, deposit or transfer funds , all they now need is a debit card which they will swipe to make a deposit, withdrawal or transfer funds between accounts and get a receipt."
“Turnaround time is set to be reduced from an average of 3 mins to about 30 seconds, which translates to queues moving faster in the banking halls” said the bank.
Despite the challenges which were faced by the banking sector especially in the second half of last year, Kingdom Bank has come up with innovations which have excited their customers.
It was also announced recently that the bank had reintroduced the mobile banking facility where customers would chck account balances using their phones.
Kingdom is one of the banks which has survived a number of challenges which have swept across the banking sector.
Other banks which came on board almost the same time as Kingdom Bank have collapsed.
