Seef Offering exciting developments

Seeff Properties Zimbabwe has a number of exciting property developments on offer in and around Harare. Areas with new developments include Greystone Park and Glen Lorne.

Seef has recieved planning permmision on a 4 acre piece of land on Stonchat Lane in Greystone Park where there are plans to build a training centre, flats or offices.

Also in Greysone Park, there is a 13,5 acre space with permission to build 22 cluster homes.

In Glen Lorne there is a proposed development for 25 five bedroomed houses and a corner stand on 20 acres ideal for residential or commercial. According to Seeff, this property has separate title deeds. The property has a river that flows nearby completing a picturesque view.

Property development has rather been slow in the last five years as the effects of the economic downturn took its toll. However, prospects are bright that there is likely to be more developments with the private sector playing a leading role.

Other players in the sector, especially Government, may not play any significant role in the short term due to limitations in funding.
